We strive to complete every job to perfection, however we are not always able to bring every item back to new condition. Please let us know if you have any concerns after drying.
There are many variables in carpet and pad construction, types and amounts of liquid spilled, and atmospheric conditions that can affect drying times. Therefore, pet stains, liquid spills, or lingering odors may require a return visit. We are happy to return up to 14 days after the initial cleaning for a reduced minimum service call of $60+tax. Re-treatment appointments scheduled more than 14 days after original appointment will be subject to our standard minimum service call ($135+tax).
Scheduling deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, please do so 48 hours before your appointment, your deposit will convert to an account credit to be used for future work. Deposits for work canceled within 48 hours will be forfeited

ADDITIONAL WORKED PERFORMED AT RE-CLEANING APPOINTMENT WILL BE CHARGED AT NORMAL RATES AND MINIMUM SERVICE CALL APPLIES. RETURN VISIT MUST BE COMPLETED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT, NO EXCEPTIONS.
